I founded Hoffman Creative twenty years ago in New York with a belief in the alchemy of design as a transformational tool for positive change.

I have a global perspective motivated by curiosity and cultural immersion from a lifetime of personal and professional growth. For me, the two are symbiotically connected. I believe that good design comes with emotional intelligence, understanding people and human experiences, cultures and contexts.

Design is proprietary and additive to all who participate. The confidence to seek and implement change requires mutual trust, vision and courage. We do our best work with people who value integrity and connection in our relationship. Design has an emotional capacity too— I care deeply about my clients’ ongoing fulfilment and success.

I am present. My discipline is grounded by yoga and meditation, which brings clarity, calmness and alignment to our studio culture. As a team, we are dedicated to our craft. We meet clients at a vulnerable stage and we understand the responsibility we have to lead them with intention and care. We provide direction, but we forge the road together with our clients. We stay the course and beyond.
